Deputy Director of Consolidation, Haridwar to produce entire record before this Hon’ble Court pertaining to Revision No. 187/2025- 26, Smt. Mumtaz Vs Govt. of Uttarakhand and thereafter to modify the order dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure No. 2, Page Nos. 14 to 17) by extending the Sector Road till the end of Sector i.e. upto Chak No. 361 (Gatta No. 206/1) situated in Village Rahmatpur Ahatmal, Pargana and Tehsil Roorkee, District Haridwar.” (3) Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that modification of order, passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, cannot be sought in a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution. (4) Since petitioner has not challenged the order passed by Deputy UKHC010148742026 2026:UHC:7563 Director of Consolidation and he wants modification thereof, therefore, the relief as sought cannot be granted. Writ petition is, however, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by moving an application.
