JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing to the trial court to dispose the I.A.No.1 in O.S.No.25675/2024 pending of the Prl. City Civil Judge and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH- 21) as Annexure - D within the outer limit of one month. (b) Issue a writ of mandamus thereby direct the trial court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.25675/2024 pending of the Prl. City Civil Judge and sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH- 21) (Annexure – A) as soon as possible within a period of six months. (c) Pass such other orders, as the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the costs of the case, including cast of the proceedings in the interest of justice equity. 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25675/2024 as expeditiously as possible, within a stipulated time frame. 3.
