Petitioners, through the medium of this petition, have invoked supervisory jurisdiction of this court for issuance of appropriate direction/order upon the court of learned Additional District Judge, Bandipora to decide the application moved by the petitioners as defendants in terms of Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, read with Commercial Courts Act, pending before the Trial court since 02.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders, as the rights of the petitioners/defendants for speedy trial has come in question. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, as defendants in a case titled “Ghulam Hassan Ganie Vs. KRCC Infra Projects Ltd & Ors.” had moved an application for rejection of plaint in terms of Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, which has been sub-judice before the court below since 02.09.2025, however, the same has not been decided as yet and that petitioners shall be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the trial court to decide the application moved by the petitioners as defendants for rejection of the plaint, within a time frame. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions urged at the Bar, the present petition is disposed of at this motion stage with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the application, stated to have been moved by the petitioners for rejection of the plaint, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks, from the date, a certified copy of this order is made available to it. 4.
