The petitioners have challenged the impugned communication dated 23red June, 2025 wherein it has been informed by the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority to the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is sent to the Competent Authority for approval of the proposed project. 2. Learned counsel for the ADDA submits that after filing of the writ petition there are some changes in the Land Use and Development Control Plan. He further submits that if the petitioners make a fresh representation before the concerned authority, the authority will consider the request of the petitioners and will pass appropriate order for the purpose of use of the landed property as residential property. 2 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of by giving the liberty to the petitioner for making fresh representation to the concerned authority within a period of one week from date and if any representation is received by the authority, the authority shall dispose of the same by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks and to communicate the said order to the petitioners within a week thereafter. 4. As this Court has disposed of the writ petition by giving a liberty to the petitioners to make fresh representation and thus, this Court has not gone into the merit of the matter. 5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
