1. The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of communication/notice dated 29.05.2026 (Annex.-12) whereby the Chief Executive Officer of the concerned Zila Parishad has been
directed to enquire into the fact whether the Experience Certificate as submitted by the petitioner at the time of appointment, had been issued by his office or not.
2. Further, notice dated 29.05.2026 served on the petitioner is also under challenge, vide which, he had been called upon to file his explanation regarding his Experience Certificate.

3. In the specific opinion of this Court, no interference by this Court at this stage is called for. If any irregularity has been alleged and is brought to the knowledge of the Officer concerned, it is definitely within his domain to get the same enquired into. There is nothing in the impugned communication/notice to suggest any malafides.
4. The petitioner definitely would be at liberty to defend himself and file his reply to the notice and the same would definitely be considered by the Officer concerned, before passing any order thereupon.
5. No case for interference is made out at this stage and the writ petition is hence dismissed.
6. Stay application and pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
