Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given representation to respondent No.3 - the Tahsildar for phodi and durasth of their lands. Learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9137 WP No. 1598 of 2026 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader however submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Learned HCGP submits on instructions that land in question situated in the Sy.No.78 comprises of large extent of lands i.e., 172 acres and 18 guntas and several grants have been made in the said survey number. Therefore, sufficient time will have to be granted to the respondents to complete the phodi and durasth. 4. The learned High Court Government Pleader submits on instructions that the process has already begun. 5.
