Saikia, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. R. Saikia, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners and Mr. D. Nath, the learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. I have also heard Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 2. In pursuance to the order dated 19.06.2026, the amount of Rs.13,78,030/- have already been transferred to the Petitioner No.3’s Bank Account. 3. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains in the instant contempt application. 4. Mr. R. C. Saikia, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that the calculation have not been made in terms with the judgment passed by the Reference Court. It is the opinion of this Court that these aspects can be very well taken up before the Executing Court if so advised. 5. Accordingly, this Court does not find any further requirement for continuation of the contempt proceedings for Page No.# 5/5 which the instant contempt proceedings stands closed. 6. Before parting with the records, this Court observes that the closure of the contempt proceedings shall not prejudice the Petitioners to approach the Executing Court, if so advised.
