ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate has taken notice of all the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the application filed by the petitioner's father, late Sri B.N.D.Nagaraja, in Form No.50 dated 12.08.1991, seeking regularization of unauthorised occupation of 4 acres of land in Survey No.12 of Mudigere Kaval Village, Sira Taluk, has not been considered till date. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Sira Taluk to consider his father's application in Form No.50. The same also has not been considered till date either. Therefore, the prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner to consider the application of petitioner's father in Form No.50.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Sira Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such applications filed by the

petitioner at Annexure-A is pending consideration. If it is found that such an application was indeed filed by the petitioner's father in the year 1991 and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar, Sira Taluk, Sira, Tumkur District, is
directed to place before the Committee for regularisation of unauthorised occupation, the applications along with his recommendation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a period of two months. Ordered accordingly.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
