The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No.75 of 2024, for offence registered under section 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 504 IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegations are made that animals have grazed the crops of the informant and for that the case has been registered and there are case and counter case between the parties and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the co-accused persons and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.4962 of 2024 and 4680 of 2025. He submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner as disclosed in para 13 of the 2026:JHHC:13308 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2048 of 2026 petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that animals have grazed the crops of the informant and for that the case has been registered and there are case and counter case between the parties and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the co-accused persons and co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner as disclosed in para 13 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra in connection with Hunterganj P.S.
