Petitioner has challenged order dated 27.04.2026, passed by Additional Commissioner, Garhwal Division, Dehradun in Revision No. 15/2025-26. By the impugned order, the order passed by Naib Tehsildar on 30.07.2024 was set aside and the matter was remitted back to the Naib Tehsildar for decision afresh. 4. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for respondent no. 1, however submits that the direction issued by Additional Commissioner in the impugned order has been carried out and the Assistant Record Officer, Doiwala has decided the objection raised by petitioner in her favour and now respondent no. 1 has preferred an appeal UKHC010088882026 2026:UHC:7317 against order passed by Assistant Record Officer before Record Officer. Thus, he submits that since Assistant Record Officer has decided the issue raised by petitioner against mutation of name of respondent no. 1 in revenue record, in favour of respondent no. 1, therefore, now nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. 5. This submission is not disputed by Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel appearing for petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Learned counsels for the parties complained that the font size used in the impugned order dated 27.04.2026, passed by Additional Commissioner, Garhwal is 10/11 and it is very difficult for the lawyers as well as the Court to read the same. Learned counsels further submit that in every other judgment/order, passed by Revenue Courts, same font size is used, therefore, they submit that a general direction be issued to all the Revenue Courts in the State of Uttarakhand, to use font size of 16 so that the judgments/ orders passed by them can be read and UKHC010088882026 2026:UHC:7317 understood by everyone and Registry of this Court also do not ask the lawyers to file typed copy of such judgments and orders. 8. The grievance raised by learned counsels is genuine. 9. The Secretary, Board of Revenue is hereby directed to issue instructions to all the Revenue Courts/Revenue Authorities in the State to use Font Type-Kruti Dev and text size not less than 16 in Judgments/Orders in Hindi and Font Type- Times New Roman and text size not less than 16 for Judgments/Orders in English. 10.
