The petitioner had given a representation on 12.02.2026 to the 1st respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 2nd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 2nd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.02.2026 seeking cancellation of patta standing in the name of the 2nd respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 2nd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
