Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage, as there is no cause of action for filing of this writ petition by the petitioners because, in the guidelines Letter dated 30.01.2026 under Annexure-1 issued by the Director (Opposite Party No.2), it has been clarified that, there will be identification to the Gaon Sathi/mate, those are not working and then in order to remove them, due procedures shall be followed as per the rules and guidelines prescribed in MGNREGS. Page 2 of 2. 4. Therefore, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is not entertainable under law at this stage. 5. Hence, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of finally. 6.
