Mr. Aarav Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Mrs. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the applicant confined his prayer that the present applicant is ready to face the trial but non-bailable-warrant issued against him be not given effect to. 4. Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma, learned AGA have not raised any objection. 5. In view of the statement, as given by the learned counsel for the applicant, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned within two weeks from today and till then the non-bailable- warrant, issued against the applicant, shall not given effect to. 6. It is also made clear that if the applicant failed to surrender within the aforesaid period, the non-bailable-warrant, issued against him, shall be enforced. 7.
