The present application under Section 528 of BNSS has been preferred against the charge-sheet dated 16.09.2025 and also assailing the cognizance/summoning order dated 18.09.2025 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1270 of 2025 (Case Crime No.24/2025), State vs. Ravindra & others, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal. 6. The present criminal miscellaneous application is also accompanied with the compounding application and the urgency application. The Urgency Application (IA No.1 of 2026) is allowed. 7. On an interaction with Mr. Rajiv Sharma who is present in person herein as respondent no.2 in this case. He states that the matter has been settled between the parties and he does not want to pursue the case any further, therefore, the matter may be compounded. 8. In that view of the matter, the compounding application (IA No.2 of 2026) is hereby allowed. 9. The criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of in terms of the amicable settlement between the parties. The entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1270 of 2025 (Case Crime No.24/2025), State vs. Ravindra & others, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal, are hereby quashed. 10. Let the applicant no.2-Mr. Mukesh Kumar who is in jail be forthwith released, if he is not required in any other case. 11. The criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
