3. The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: -
“(i). Transfer the civil suit titled as 'M/s. Beam Global Spirits & Wine (India) P. Ltd. Vs. M/s. Mohit Liquors' bearing C.S No. 12405/2016 pending in the court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, DJ-01 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the court of Sh. Dharmender Rana, DJ-01 (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, as a matter of convenience of the parties and for just disposal of both the civil cases; and/or
(ii) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on an advance notice, submits that he has no objection, if the subject suits, CS Nos.58018/2016 & 12405/2016, filed by the respondent are tried together. It is, however, submitted that the proceedings in suit, C.S. No. 12405/2016, titled as “M/s Beam Global Spirits & Wine (India) P. Ltd. v. M/s Mohit Liquours” pending in Court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, learned District Judge-01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, are at an advance stage of evidence. Therefore, it is prayed that the suit bearing No. C.S. No. 58018/2016, titled as “M/s Beam Global Spirits & Wine (India) P. Ltd. v. M/s Shyam Wines”, pending before the Court of Sh. Dharmender Rana, learned District Judge-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, may be transferred to the aforesaid Court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, learned District Judge-01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction that suit, C.S. No. 58018/2016, titled as “M/s Beam Global Spirits & Wine (India) P. Ltd. v. M/s Shyam Wines”, pending before the Court of Sh. Dharmender Rana, learned District Judge-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, shall be transferred to the Court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, learned District Judge-01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The said suit shall be proceeded from the stage, it is being transferred and shall be tried along with the C.S. No. 12405/2016 titled as “M/s Beam Global Spirits & Wine (India) P. Ltd. v. Mohit Liquors”.
7. Let the records of suit, C.S. No. 58018/2016, pending in the Court of Sh. Dharmender Rana, learned District Judge-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, be transferred to the aforesaid concerned Court within a period of 10 This is a digitally signed order.
