In terms of the order of this Court, the respondents appeared in person before this Court. 2. The present contempt case has been filed seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged deliberate violation and willful disobedience of the Judgment and Order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.771 of 2024. 3. Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the order has already been passed and the same has been duly communicated.
