Deepmala Kotwal …..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)
Through: Mr. Rajnish Singh Parihar, Advocate
Vs
U.T. of J&K and others .…. Respondent(s)
Through:
Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE
ORDER 12.01.2026
01. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petition is premature because representation of the petitioner for grant of registration as Medical Geneticist/Sonologist is under consideration before respondents 1 & 2 because respondents 3 & 4 have already forwarded the case to them in apropos to the direction passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2199/2022 titled ‘Dr. Kuldeep Chander Sharma and Anr. Versus Union of India and Ors.’ He further submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable period of time.
02. Given the nature of controversy involved and the prayer so made, this petition is disposed of by directing respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner for grant of Sr. No. 44
2 WP(C) No. 13/2026

03.
Disposed of as such.
