A defect was pointed out by the Registry at the time of institution. On 09.03.2026, 15.04.2026, 14.05.2026 and 15.06.2026, petitioner was granted time to remove the said defect. Even then, when the defect was not removed, the matter was directed to be listed before the Court. 5. This Court, again on 24.07.2026, despite non- appearance on the part of petitioner, in the interest of justice, had granted almost two weeks’ time to remove the defect. Even today, there is no representation from the side of petitioner nor the defect has been removed. 6.
