2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No.94 of 2024 arising out of Rail GRP Muri P.S. Case No.5 of 2024 (N) for the alleged offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of NDPS Act pending in the Court of learned AJC-XII-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that 7.800 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2024. He then submits that the said quantity is intermediary. B.A. No. 11362 of 2025 recovered have been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. Nos.6809 of 2025 and 7965 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India opposes the prayer and submits that 7.800 Kgs. cannabis has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and other persons have also been apprehended and from their possession also cannabis has been recovered.

Considering that two of the accused persons have been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid B.As. and the said recovery is intermediary in quantity and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition and the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2024, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned AJC-XII-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with NDPS Case No.94 of 2024 arising out of Rail GRP Muri P.S. Case No.5 of 2024 (N).
