GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.17536 of 2026 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent authorities to protect the temple lands to an extent of Ac.23.9760 cents situated at Nadikairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, and further to direct the respondents to grant lease to the farmers. To that extent, a representation is made to the respondents. The 4th respondent has disposed of the representation dated 25.06.2026 indicating that the lands in an extent of Ac.23.89 cents in Sy.No.4 belongs to Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple and the temple will take appropriate action for recovery of the possession. The 4th respondent is intended to protect the lands of the temple. 2. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action for protection of the temple lands. There shall be no order as to costs.
