26 Heard Mr. R. A. Mazumder, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthkur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
2. This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioners, namely, (i) Saharul Alom Laskar; (ii) Ayub Laskar and (iii) Mirajuddin Laskar, who were arrested on 07.05.2026 in connection with NDPS Case No. 65/2026 (G.R. Case No. 155/2026) arising out of Dholai P.S. Case No. 11/2026 registered under Sections 22(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already been discharged by the learned Trail Court and as such, this bail application has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this bail application being infructuous, stands dismissed.
