Copy of order has also been forwarded to petitioner which is received by petitioner on 19.03.2026. He submits that in the above facts of case, this writ petition has become infructuous. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of order of promotion has been handed over to him today, during course of hearing. 3. In view of submission of learned counsel for the respondents based on promotion order dated 02.03.2026, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition. 4. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of, reserving liberty with petitioner to file appropriate proceeding before appropriate authority if any grievance still subsists thereafter.
