The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that Charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 19/2026 dated 30.06.2026, which has been confirmed by the learned Addl. P.P. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that liberty should be given to him to approach the appropriate jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application is disposed of with the liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the appropriate jurisdictional court, if so advised.
