After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies, including filing of appropriate application(s) under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for taking recourse to the documents related to the flat allegedly owned by the mother of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court, which were not there before it at the time of passing of the impugned order. 2.
