1. This Appeal takes exception to the judgment and order dated 28th September 2000 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag in Special Criminal Case No.4 of 1996.
2. By the impugned judgment and order, the Learned Additional Sessions Judge has convicted the present Appellant for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years, five years and seven years respectively. The Learned Additional Sessions Judge has further convicted the Appellant for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year.
