The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 276/25, registered for the offence under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 318(4), 340(2) and 3(5) of BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has never indulged in concealing or sale and purchase of stolen motor cycle. He further submits that the petitioner’s name has come on the basis of confessional statement of the accused, who was apprehended at the sport. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.10.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2025; hence, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of 2026:JHHC:4959 2 Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 276/2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
