So far notice is not served on the respondent as the petitioner has failed to pay the process fee. When the matter came up before the court on 07.04.2026 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Interim Order was granted on 19.05.2022. As the petitioner has failed to represent before the court, the matter was directed to be listed under caption for ‘dismissal’ on 08.04.02026. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The writ petition is filed seeking the prayer to stop the process of taking possession of the petitioner’s property and sale the same by holding E-auction on 20.05.2025. When the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19666 WP No. 9391 of 2022 Bank has issued the e-Auction notice, the remedy available for the petitioner is before the DRT and not before this court. In view of the same, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the DRT. ii.
