In spite of service of notice, the opposite party did not appear in the present case. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Instant transfer petition has been preferred for transfer of Original Matrimonial Suit No. 01 of 2025 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that marriage of the petitioner with opposite party was solemnized on 19.02.2024, after marriage the petitioner was abused by the opposite party and in-laws at her matrimonial house and threatened and they made complaints that she has not brought proper dowry and insulted her to bring additional dowry. It is further submitted that if the petitioner ever comes back she will have to face dire consequences and thus out of fear she had to come back to her parents. Thereafter, the opposite party filed Original Matrimonial case in order to harass the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is residing with her parents in Danbad after being ousted from her matrimonial home and the parents of the petitioner are old and it is not possible for her family members to accompany her to attend the court proceedings. The opposite party has not paid any single penny for maintenance to the petitioner to travel from Dhanbad to Jamshedpur for 2026:JHHC:3101 2 attending the court proceedings, hence, the petitioner prays for transfer Original Matrimonial Suit No. 01 of 2025 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad. 5. Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, I feel inclined, in the ends of justice, to allow the prayer of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, Original Matrimonial Suit No. 01 of 2025 which is pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur, is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad. 7.
