This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant Khadiza Khatun in connection with Kalgachia P.S. Case No.20/2026 under Section 118(2)/3(5) BNS. Page No.# 2/2 3. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2026 granted interim pre- arrest bail to the accused applicant. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that in terms of the direction passed in the order dated 26.06.2026, the accused applicant has already been appeared and got her statement recorded and she is cooperating in the investigation. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, he submits that the interim order passed on 26.06.2026 should be made absolute. 6. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has confirmed that the accused applicant has appeared and her statement has been recorded by the police. 7. Case diary has been received and the same is perused. 8. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the materials available in the case diary, the interim order dated 26.06.2026 is made absolute 9.
