This Court, on hearing both sides and after providing sufficient opportunity to both parties, passed a detailed order in the said miscellaneous petition on 02.02.2026 recalling the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in W.P(MD)No.28544 of 2024. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
