The applicant, who is in custody since 26.05.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 109(1)/117(2)/118(1)/351(2)/352/308(5)/3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Chandil. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that there is firearm injury. 5. Considering the materials available on the record, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant(s) stands rejected.
