Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the respondents may be directed release the revised pension of the petitioner from 1.1.2016 to 31.1.2021 i.e. up- to the date of superannuation with statutory interest of 9% till the date of its realization on account of delayed period payments, in terms of judgment rendered in CWP No. 2108/2013 Bhagat Ram Vs HRTC by issuing a writ of Mandamus. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:18952 ii) That the respondents may be directed to pay the arrears of revised Gratuity and Leave encashment as per office memorandum dated 25.02.2022 after 01.01.2016 with statutory interest of 9% per annum.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same were listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 16.03.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
