Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General, for the non-applicants/respondents. CMP No. 10886 of 2026 This application has been filed in a decided writ petition. By way of this application, it is prayed that inadvertently, name of the father of petitioner No.1 was wrongly typed as Kishan Dass Dharma instead of Kishan Dass Sharma and his designation was also wrongly typed as Lecturer (Commerce) instead of T.G.T (Non-Medical). Similarly, with regard to petitioner No.8, his home district has not been completely typed as Lahul-Spiti. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that the application be allowed by permitting the petitioner to place on record amended memo of parties by reflecting name of the father of petitioner No.1 as Kishan Dass Sharma and his designation as T.G.T (Non- Medical), as also home district of petitioner No.8 as Lahul- Spiti. As prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous , the application is allowed, as prayed for. The name of father of petitioner No.1 is ordered to be corrected from Kishan Dass Dharma to Kishan Dass Sharma and his designation is also ordered to be corrected from Lecturer (Commerce) to T.G.T (Non-Medical). The home district of petitioner No.8 is directed to be corrected from I thul Spiti to Lahul-Spiti. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
