Arunbabu Standing Counsel ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to remove / regularize the unauthorised street vendors and connected pathway https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12000 of 2026 encroachment in K.K. Salai, MGR Nagar, Chennai. 2. The petitioner had given a representation on 09.03.2026 with the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. A. Arunbabu, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. The petitioner has filed supporting documents, which includes the photographs in support of his representation. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 7.
