Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits, upon instruction that, the panchayat has considered the objection filed by the petitioners and on detecting unauthorized construction has referred the same to the Sub Divisional Officer for taking further steps in the matter. Hearing was granted by the Sub Divisional Officer but final order is yet to be passed. 3. As it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with by the Gram Panchayat and the matter has been referred to the Sub Divisional Officer, accordingly, the instant contempt application stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioners to follow up the matter with the Sub Divisional Officer. 4.
