For Petitioner(s): Mr.C.Ramaraj For Respondent(s): Mr.D.Ravichander, Special Government Pleader (For R1 to R3) O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner’s online application dated 22.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that by virtue of the partition deed registered as Document No.868 of 2025 dated 19.05.2025, the petitioner is the owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner also claims that he is in possession of the same. The petitioner had submitted an online application with the 2nd and 3rd respondents on 22.01.2026, seeking for transfer of patta for the said property in his name. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s online application dated 22.01.2026, seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after granting due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party whom the 3rd respondent deem fit, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
