It is a case of robbery accompanied by murder and according to learned APP for the State, one PW-Shakeel is prime-most material witness of the case, as he was present at the spot alongwith the deceased at the time of alleged robbery and murder, and such witness is yet to be examined. 3. The next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 16.05.2026. 4. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, This is a digitally signed order. I.O. is present in the Court and he is directed to ensure that the abovesaid material eye-witness is produced before the learned Trial Court on the abovesaid date. 6.
