This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 256 days in filing the Arbitration Appeal as against the order dated 29.10.2024 in Arbitration O.P. No.163/2010 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur. 2. The petitioner is a third party to the arbitration proceedings. 3.
