Yes. 2 Gram Panchyat, Amroh, Tehsil Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, H.P. has been illegally rejected by the respondent No.8. 2. A perusal of Annexure P-5, reflects that aforesaid is simply a notice requesting the petitioner to explain her position/stand in relation to complaint regarding encroachment alleged against her. Notice has been issued to the petitioner in consonance with the provision of Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules. The petition for quashing of aforesaid notice is not maintainable.
