2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting anticipatory bail to the accused applicant, namely, Shri Pradip Kumar Bhattacharjee, in connection with Special Task Force P.S Case No.04/2026, under Sections 61(2)/316(5)/318(3) of the BNS, 2023.
3. Vide order dated 13.07.2026, this Court has granted interim pre- arrest bail to the accused applicant till today i.e., 16.07.2026. The Case Diary in the instant case has been received and the same has been perused.
4. The learned senior counsel for the accused applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid direction passed by this Court in the order dated 13.07.2026, the accused applicant has already appeared before the concerned authority.
5. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, fairly submits that the custodial detention of the accused applicant in the instant case may not be required.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the entire facts of the case, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 13.07.2026 is hereby made absolute and accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of as allowed.
