The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Appellate Authority to dispose of Appeal Case No.GA-96 of 2024, expeditiously. 2. A copy of the order dated 18.02.2006 passed by the Appellate Authority, dismissing the appeal has been placed by the Learned Counsel appearing for the private respondent. 3. It appears that the said appeal has been disposed of on the date, the writ application was filed. 4. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that a review application is pending before the Appellate Authority. 2 5. On hearing the parties, and considering the present status of the dispute, the writ application has now become infructuous. 6. But, considering that a review application is pending, the writ application is diposed of with the direction that the Appellate Authority shall make all endeavour to dispose of the review application, if any, pending before it within 30 days from the date of the communication of the order. 7. The Writ application stands disposed of. 8. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10.
