Heard Sri Ravula Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared in virtual mode and Sri Shaik Khaja Bhasha, learned Standing counsel for WAKF Board. 2 3. Sri Shaik Khaja Bhasha, learned Standing counsel for Wakf Board submitted that the Wakf Board has issued proceedings vide F.No.02/M/NLR/2017/Z-IV/Supply dated 24.07.2026 withdrawing the impugned notice dated 14.05.2026 issued to the petitioner and the consequential rejection order dated 26.05.2026 will also stands withdrawn, therefore there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly prayed to dismiss the writ petition. 4. A perusal of the proceedings vide F.No.02/M/NLR/2017/Z-IV/Supply dated 24.07.2026 would indicate that the authorities have withdrawn impugned notice dated 14.05.2026 issued to the petitioner and subsequently the consequential rejection order dated 26.05.2026 also stands withdrawn. In view of the same, there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
