Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that the present petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.622/2023 in O.A. No. 928/2022.It is further submitted that the main O.A. itself has been disposed of on 20.12.2024 and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank, perused the material on record. 5.
