Mr. Parag Kotecha, Advocate would submit that the petitioner, who is presently posted as Town Inspector, Narayanpur, was transferred from Mahasamund to Narayanpur vide transfer order dated 26.04.2022. He would contend that pursuant to said order the petitioner joined at transferred place i.e. Narayanpur. He would contend that the petitioner has already completed three years of service at that place. He would submit that against order of transfer a representation was made and same was rejected by respondent No. 1 vide order dated 13.07.2022. He would pray to quash the order dated 13.07.2022 and transfer order. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. He would submit that the impugned transfer order has already been executed and representation made by the petitioner was rejected way back on 13.07.2022, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the transfer order, whereby, services of the petitioner were transferred from Mahasamund to Narayanpur was executed way back in the year 2022, and at present, he is working there on the post of Town Inspector and representation made by the petitioner was also rejected. 6. The transfer order was passed according to transfer policy, therefore, no case is made out for interference.
