Since both the bail applications are arising out of the same impugned FIR, hence, the same are being decided by this common order. 2. Both the bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS by the petitioners in connection with the FIR No.85/2026, [2026:RJ-JP:25014] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6231/2026] registered at the Police Station CPS, Jaipur, ACB District for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 7-A of the Prevention of Corruption of Act and Section 61(2) of the BNS. 3. Learned counsels for the petitioners submits that the petitioner-Niranjan Singh is a mediator and recovery of Rs.20,000/- has been effected at his instance and there is no recovery at the instance of the petitioner-Rameshwar Singh. Counsels further submit that the alleged demand of bribe was made by Narendra Meena, ASI, but he is absconding. Counsels submit that the petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2026 and after investigation charge-sheet has been submitted and trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore, indulgence of bail be granted to both the petitioners. 4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer made by counsels for the petitioners. 5. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on the record. 6. Considering the arguments put forward by the learned counsels for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2026 and after investigation charge-sheet has been submitted and trial will take its own time to conclude, hence, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the petitioners under Section 483 BNSS. 7. Accordingly, both the instant bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioners [2026:RJ-JP:25014] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-6231/2026] Niranjan Singh S/o Ramchandra and Rameshwar Singh Gurjar S/o Ramsu Singh, arrested in connection with the aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
