The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 has got written instructions from the Panchayat Secretary, Palayankottai Panchayat, Athur Panchayat Uniot, Dindigul District, to the effect that prior 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.26132 of 2023 permission from the Highways Department is required to effect the water service connection to the writ petitioner and, hence, seeks two weeks’ time. 3. In view of the above said facts, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to provide water service connection to the writ petitioner's residential property on or before 15.02.2026. 4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
