Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned guideline at S.No.9 of the order dated 06.07.2018 (P/1) issued by the respondent Secretary, School Education Department. 10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to count the seniority of the petition’s from 19.08.2004 in respect of granting promotion & therefore to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the gradation list of Lecturer. 10.3. That, any other relief(s) which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may kindly be pleased to granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grad-I by the Zila Panchayat Janjgir Champa. Petitioner was thereafter transferred to Government Higher Secondary School, Fasterpur, (Mungeli) District Bilaspur vide order dated 13.08.2004. He contended that petitioner thereafter was transferred to Government Multipurpose Middle School, Mungeli and joined the place of posting on 18.05.2015, since then he is working there. He subsequently was absorbed, by the School Education Department, however, in the gradation list petitioner has not been placed at appropriate place against which the petitioner has raised an objection/submitted representation before District Education Officer and the District 3 Education Officer alongwith the claim of the other employee similarly placed have forwarded the same to the Joint Director Education Division Bilaspur on 22.05.2024, however, thereafter no action/no orders has been passed and therefore, direction be issued to the Joint Director Education Division Bilaspur to consider and take decision on the proposal forwarded by the District Education Officer, Mungeli. 3. Counsel for the respective respondents submits that in view of the document enclosed along with the writ petition, they are having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to the Joint Director, Education Division Bilaspur to consider and take decision on letter/Memo of District Education Officer forwarded on 22.05.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
