The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Spl. (Vig.) Case No. 13 of 2025 arising out of Dhanbad (ACB) P.S. Case No.11 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be Halka Karamchari and the allegations are made that for handing over a sum of Rs.6,000/- the informant has paid that amount to one Mukesh and from the possession of Mukesh Rs.6,000/- has been recovered. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that in the order of learned Sessions Judge it has come that from the possession of the petitioner Rs.24,100/- has also been recovered. 5. Considering that in the FIR the alleged amount is Rs.6,000/- and that has been recovered from the possession of Mukesh and petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhanbad in connection with Spl.
