At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this court in batch of writ petitions leading case of Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.04.30 17:08:12 +0530 2 which being WPS No. 4267 of 2022 parties being Tikeshwar Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 16.10.2025. 2. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 4267 of 2022 & bunch of petitions decided on 16.10.2025 in case of Tikeshwar Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Tikeshwar (supra) holding that the petitioner does not hold TET/ B.Ed./ D.Ed. Certificate and a person not qualified and having minimum qualification of TET for teaching the students cannot be permitted to be appointed on such post.
