Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.12.2025, the trial Court has sent a report to the Registrar (Judicial) vide proceedings in D.No.7/2026, dated 02.01.2026, furnishing the year wise breakup with regard to the pendency of the cases and informing that 281 cases pertaining to the year 2025 are pending. 3.The suit in O.S.No.154 of 2013 was originally filed before the District Munsif, Pattukkottai and has now been transferred to the Sub Court, Pattukkottai and renumbered as O.S.No.295 of 2025.
